Search help and syntax

Only cards that relate to UnCommander (such as the silver-bordered cards from the un-sets) have card entries on this website, so this search will not find any other Magic cards.
If you want to search the wider magic collection, Gatherer and Scryfall are great tools.

Main Syntax

This search looks in the entirety of the card entry. For example, green will turn up all green cards, not just those with green in their name.

To exclude a term from the search, put - directly before the term e.g. -blue will remove blue cards from the search results.

To search for a quote of more than one word, enclose it in double quotes " " e.g. "enters the battlefield".

Formats and Legality

Cards under “UnCommander” are included in both the UnCommander Core and UnCommander UnOrthodox formats. Cards under “UnOrthodox Supplement” are only included in UnCommander UnOrthodox. See the Rules Overview page for details.

If you want to see only cards included in UnCommander Core, select “UnCommander”.

If you want to see all cards included in UnCommander UnOrthodox, there is no need to filter the results. If you want to only see cards exclusive to UnOrthodox, select the “UnOrthodox Supplement” filter.

“Use with caution” cards are also marked as legal, so if you filter the cards for “Legal”, “Use with Caution” cards will also be included. If you want to see legal cards but not any “Use with caution” cards, type "-use with caution" into the search box.

Mana Symbols / Color Identity

Mana symbols are written in curly brackets e.g. {R}, following the format given in 107. Numbers and Symbols, Comprehensive Rules. Other symbols also use this format. For example, the tap symbol is written as {T} and hybrid mana is written as {2/U} .

To search for a specific group of symbols, type them as all one word e.g. {1}{R}{G}{W}.

To search for a particular color identity, enter the mana symbols of the colors you want separated by spaces e.g. {R} {B}.
