UnCommander Rulings

“Numeral” in Baron Von’s Count’s third ability refers to a Hindu-Arabic numeral (“1”, “2”, “3” etc).

Note that while a spell, vehicles’ printed power and toughness do count for Baron Von Count’s third ability, see 208.3. in the official Comprehensive Rules.

For details on counter attributes, see Giving Attributes to Counters (art counter placement) on the UnCommander Compiled Rules page.

MarRo states in this Blogatog post that any number in the ‘text box’ is fair game, including reminder text. However this runs counter to normal MtG rulings in general, and in EDH directly contradicts the recent ruling regarding Extort cards being allowed in Mono-Black or White decks.
