If Riven Blade leaves the battlefield and later enters the battlefield, its ability will not care about the cards it exiled when it was previously on the battlefield.
Riven’s blade’s ability only cares about cards exiled by its ability that are still in exile when the ability resolves. If any creature cards are somehow moved from exile to another zone, they will no longer be restricting which creatures Riven Blade’s ability can exile.
Riven Blade
Legendary Artifact,{T}
: Remove target creature from the game and place it off to the side. You may not use this ability if another creature of the same summon type has been placed off to the side in this manner.

Riven Blade’s ability is very vague about whether the creature types restriction comes from the act of having removed creatures from the game, or the cards currently exiled by it, likely because the exile zone had not been keyworded at this point and its implementation in cards was less standardized. It is also a little unclear whether the ability is supposed to reset if Riven Blade flickers, which would be achieved currently by putting a type of counter on the exiled cards.
