Summon Legend
{B}{U}{U},{T}: Josiah Tankard becomes a creature enchantment that reads “Gain control of enchanted creature.” Move Josiah Tankard onto target creature. If Josiah Tankard is a creature enchantment, you may pay {B}{U}{2} to move Josiah Tankard to another creature and destroy the previously enchanted creature. The enchantment’s controller does not change. Play this ability as an instant, but treat enchantment as if just cast.

Unsure on what “Play this ability as an instant, but treat enchantment as if just cast.” in original text means. Could just be explaining that the aura can enchant the target creature despite not being cast. Alternatively, it could mean that the aura is treated as though it just entered the battlefield and had been cast.
