This card was originally printed in Future Sight, a tournament legal set. As it was in a tournament-legal set, it had a black border.
The original Future Sight printing of this card had no watermark. However, as the original printing was more of a joke card, and its full mechanical function was only revealed in Unstable, any printing of this card is considered to have the Goblin Explosioneers watermark. This card is an exception to the rule that a card has the same watermark as its original printing.
