You may choose names that have been printed as names of either cards included in regular Commander, or magic cards or cards that are included and not banned in the format you are playing (UnCommander Core or UnCommander UnOrthodox).
Note that “_____”‘s ability allows you to choose the names of cards of any type, not just creatures. You can even choose the names of instant or sorcery cards.
If “_____” has the same name as a legendary permanent you control, the legend rule will not apply unless “_____” gained the legendary supertype somehow, as both permanents with the name have to be legendary for the legend rule to apply.
