When Free-for-All enters the battlefield, exile all creatures face down.
At the beginning of each player’s upkeep, that player chooses a card exiled with Free-for-All at random and puts it onto the battlefield under their control.
When Free-for-All leaves the battlefield, put all cards exiled with it into their owners’ graveyards.

UnCommander Rulings
“Under their control” was added to Free-for-All’s second ability to clarify that the player that chooses the exiled card controls it as it enters the battlefield, not its owner.
It is recommended to only use this card if all players’ cards are easily distinguishable from the back.
While choosing an exiled card at random, it is recommended to roll a dice or use some random number generator, or pick blind from a bag. If you are playing with this card, it is considered good conduct to provide a way of randomly determining which card is chosen. Note that any dice rolled this way do not count as dice for in-game purposes.
