Manabond is a static keyword ability. A permanent with manabond is a land with “{T}: Add one mana of any color that this permanent is.” It loses all other card types and abilities.
A permanent with a keyword ability counter on it gains that keyword ability. To determine how this interacts with continuous effects, use the counter’s timestamp. The timestamp of a counter is the most recent time that any counter of that kind was put onto that permanent.
