UnCommander Rulings

As you cannot sacrifice Everlasting Lich, you cannot pay costs that would involve you sacrificing it.

As Everlasting Lich can’t be destroyed, it cannot be destroyed by lethal damage, and it ignores the state-based action that checks for lethal damage, see 704.5g in the official Comprehensive Rules.

Everlasting Lich does not technically have indestructible, but as it cannot die, it can’t be destroyed, so it has all the functionality of indestructible. Making Everlasting Lich lose indestructible will not mean that it can now die.

Everlasting Lich’s second printed ability is not a keyword ability.
