Whenever you cast a spell, if it is an artifact spell and there are no tick counters with an attribute that matches that type (artifact) on Bucket list, put one of those counters on Bucket List and draw a card. Repeat this process for the creature, enchantment, instant, and sorcery types. Then, if Bucket List has tick counters on it with the “artifact”, “creature”, “enchantment”, “instant” and “sorcery” attributes, sacrifice Bucket List. If you do, draw a card.

UnCommander Rulings

“One of those counters” in Bucket List’s ability refers to a tick counter with the specified attribute, not just any counter of the tick kind.

If you cast a spell that has more than one card type, for each of that spell’s types, you put a tick counter on Bucket List with that type as an attribute if Bucket List doesn’t already have any of those counters. (changed from Bucket List’s Gatherer rulings)

Attributes of a counter are separate to its kind. For instance, tick is a counter kind and “sorcery” can be an attribute of that counter. Note that “sorcery” is not a card type here. Effects like proliferate that add additional counters of a kind will only add additional tick counters with no attributes.

Effects that multiply the quantity of chip counters as they are put on Bucket List, such as Doubling Season‘s second ability, will make Bucket List put two counters with the same attribute on it rather than one. Multiple counters with the same attribute have no further effect.

For details on counter attributes, see Giving Attributes to Counters (art counter placement) on the UnCommander compiled rules page.
