UnCommander Rulings

UnCommander rules do not normally allow events in one game to have an effect on another game, even if the games are both part of the same match. See The Game, Separate Games and External People on the UnCommander Rules List page. As a result, Look at Me, I’m the DCI’s ban effect only lasts one game.

Being put outside the game means that for all purposes, the card is treated as leaving the zone it was in, and it is then considered a card its owner owns outside the game, not in any zone. If the game is restarted, the card is put back in its owner’s deck. See Put Outside the Game on the UnCommander Rules List page for details.

No effects can make or add to the game copies, tokens or cards with the same name as the banned card.

The ban effect means that if anything looks for any characteristics of the banned card, they will not find anything.
