UnCommander Rulings

For B-I-N-G-O’s third ability, each counter may be part of more than one combination of number attributes on its chip counters.

B-I-N-G-O’s first ability cares about spells’ mana costs whilst they are on the stack, and any spell with a variable like {X} in its mana cost will contribute its value of X to its converted mana cost while on the stack. Take the value of {X} into account when checking with B-I-N-G-O’s ability.

B-I-N-G-O’s first ability does not include any alternative or additional mana costs (such as kickers).

Multiple chip counters on B-I-N-G-O may have the same number attribute, but its third ability only doesn’t care about further chip counters with the same number attribute.

Effects that multiply the quantity of chip counters as they are put on B-I-N-G-O, such as Doubling Season‘s second ability, will make B-I-N-G-O’s second ability put two counters with the same number attribute on it rather than one.

For details on counter attributes, see Giving Attributes to Counters (art counter placement) on the UnCommander compiled rules page.
